About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Verbal Language Interpreter to join our team at PERSOLKELLY. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing accurate and timely interpretation services to clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Deliver high-quality interpretation services through telephone calls.
  2. Interpret conversations/messages from various fields, including Healthcare, Government, Insurance, Finance, Utilities, Travel and Hospitality, 911 emergency services, Law Enforcement, Courts, and General Business.

Requirements:

  1. Fluent in English and Mandarin.
  2. Able to work night shifts.
  3. Hold a SPM, STPM, Diploma, or Degree in any field.
  4. Fresh graduates welcome.
  5. Possess a strong internet connection (not hotspot).
  6. Use a laptop/computer with Windows 10 and no Kaspersky antivirus.

What We Offer:

Working Hours and Conditions:

Monday to Sunday, 5 days a week, with 2 days off (can vary). Permanent night shift between 6pm and 6am, with an 8-hour working period and 1 hour break.
