Businesslist seeks a highly skilled Human Resources Specialist to handle the full spectrum of HR functions. As an integral member of our team, you will be responsible for recruitment, payroll, employee relations, and performance management.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Manage the entire HR lifecycle, from recruitment to employee development and retention.
  2. Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and HR regulations to minimize risks.
  3. Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, contracts, and HR documentation.
  4. Collaborate with the management team to develop training programs that enhance employee skills and productivity.
  5. Handle staff leave, attendance records, and disciplinary matters in accordance with company policies.
  6. Support work permit applications and other statutory requirements to ensure seamless operations.
  7. Contribute to general administrative tasks to support daily office operations.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 2-5 years of HR experience, preferably as an HR generalist.
  • Strong knowledge of Malaysian labor laws, payroll systems, and HR best practices.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and HR software.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work independently and handle confidential matters with discretion.
  • Proficiency in English, Mandarin, and Bahasa Malaysia is an added advantage.
