Job Description:
  1. As a Trade Sales Executive, you will be responsible for ensuring efficient delivery of trade products to internal & external customers through constant engagement and advisory services.
  2. You will manage and monitor customer trade utilizations and business relationships, identifying customer needs and sales opportunities by developing suitable proposals on products, services, and structures.
  3. Maintain excellent relationships with customers through scheduled visits and calls, addressing customer requirements and proposing solutions as a Relationship Growth Officer.
  4. Ensure the interest of the bank from any losses through exercising due care and diligence in discharging assigned duties and strict adherence to internal procedures and audit requirements.
  5. Conduct training on Trade Product, E Trade, Financial Supply Chain (FSC), and any trade solutions to internal/external customers.
  6. Provide Trade Sales activities reports i.e., Pipeline Report, E Trade, FSC, etc. respectively on a weekly/monthly/quarterly basis.
  7. Support the bank's regulatory requirements in compliance with Notices under Foreign Exchange Administration Rules, compliance with AMLCFT, which includes transaction monitoring, reporting suspicious transactions, and staff training.
  8. Support BCP/DRP activities to ensure uninterrupted services to customers in the event of a disaster.
  9. Support product development, system enhancement, process improvement, and control.
  10. Participate in projects and any other tasks or assignments as requested by superiors.
