VX Brands Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a results-driven Sales and Business Growth Specialist to drive business expansion and revenue growth. In this role, you will work closely with our Sales team to identify new sales opportunities, develop strategies to capture market share, and analyze sales data to inform future decisions.

You will be responsible for engaging with potential customers, presenting the benefits of our products/services, and building strong relationships with clients. Additionally, you will follow up with prospects and existing customers to ensure satisfaction and maximize sales opportunities.

We are looking for a self-motivated individual with excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of sales principles, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. A minimum of 1 year of experience in a related field and proficiency in Bahasa Melayu & English are required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to capture market share.
  • Engage with potential customers and present the benefits of our products/services.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by providing support, insights, and recommendations.
  • Analyze sales data to inform future decisions and optimize sales performance.

Required Qualifications:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a related field.
  • Proficiency in Bahasa Melayu & English.
  • Strong skills in sales strategy development, market analysis, and data-driven decision making.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
