  • Conduct research on target markets to comprehend industry challenges and buying signals.
  • Pursue opportunities via strategic outreach efforts, leveraging CRM tools to track and nurture leads.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of Hiredly X's products/services and present their features, benefits, and pricing to prospects.
  • Negotiate terms and close deals, converting prospects into valued customers.
Key Qualifications

Ideal candidates will have 1-2 years of sales experience, preferably in B2B sales within the software or technology industry.

  • Degree holders in any field with excellent communication skills are highly regarded.
  • Able to build rapport and engage with customers through presentations, possessing proactive and outgoing personalities.
  • Capable of making at least 50 phone calls per day and open to fresh graduates from engineering studies.
