Job Description
  • Financial Operations: Streamline invoicing processes to ensure seamless payment preparation and enhance cash flow efficiency.
  • Client Relationships: Manage and recover outstanding client debts and invoices through effective communication, negotiation, and regulatory adherence while maintaining strong partnerships.
  • Financial Accuracy: Process accounts receivable and payable in a timely manner to uphold financial accuracy and trustworthiness.
  • Credit Card Management: Contribute to strategic decision-making through meticulous credit card reconciliations and monthly financial reports.
  • Cash Flow Management: Monitor cash inflows and outflows to maintain the company's financial health and sustainability.
  • Risk Management: Enhance risk management and governance by providing advice and ensuring compliance with financial regulations.
  • Tax Compliance: Reconcile and process BAS returns, playing a critical role in accurate tax management.
Requirements
  • You must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills to connect with internal teams and clients.
  • Advanced English proficiency and communication skills in speaking and writing are essential.
  • You should be comfortable communicating with Australian clients.
    • A background in debt collection or accounting is necessary.
    • Relevant certification or higher qualification in accounting and bookkeeping is required.
    • Ideal experience includes 3 years of international standards accounting experience.
    • A solid understanding of Xero is required.
