Responsibilities

The Customer Relationship Manager is responsible for managing and developing a portfolio of key customers on a national level, including achieving sales targets, identifying growth opportunities, and outlining strategies to achieve.

  • Achieving Sales Targets
  • Develop and implement strategic account plans for key customers, including setting sales targets and identifying growth opportunities.
  • Develop annual customer business planning based on defined customer segmentation and strategy, with supported by shopper insights, sales trends, consumer and market trend analysis.
  • Negotiation
  • Lead trading term negotiation with key customers, including pricing, terms of trade, promotions, and other contractual matters to ensure customer profitability.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in sales department/modern trade;
  • FMCG dynamics knowledge;
  • Good knowledge of MS office;
  • Good knowledge of English.
