Job Overview

We are looking for a Business Development Director to join our team at Teleperformance. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the overall performance and governance of Statements of Work.

You will work closely with Vendor Account Management to ensure that all requirements and SLAs are met. This includes prompt identification and resolution of Service delivery issues, as well as the implementation of preventative measures.

In addition to these responsibilities, you will be expected to establish the Vendor infrastructure necessary to perform the Services, including all technology, financial, human resources, security, facilities, and communication resources.

You will also provide exceptional people management, mentorship, and career development to members of your team, including managers and Agents.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the overall performance and governance of Statements of Work
  • Work with Vendor Account Management to ensure compliance with requirements and SLAs
  • Establish Vendor infrastructure necessary to perform the Services
  • Provide exceptional people management and mentorship to team members
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent diploma
  • Dynamic leader with experience and passion for managing large and diverse teams
  • 8+ years of experience in operations, preferably in BPO/ITES industry
  • 5+ years of people management experience, including managing team leaders
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
