About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and proactive Manager to manage and enhance relationships with our valued clients through premium concierge services.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring seamless communication, fostering strong client relationships, and curating exceptional experiences that reflect our company's high standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and Implement PR Strategies: Develop and implement internal PR strategies to strengthen client relationships and enhance service experience.
  2. Act as Primary Liaison: Act as the primary liaison between us and our clients, ensuring prompt and effective communication.
  3. Coordinate Concierge Services: Coordinate and manage concierge services, addressing client needs with a personalized approach.
  4. Organize Client Engagement Events: Organize and oversee exclusive client engagement events and experiences.
  5. Collaborate with Internal Departments: Collaborate with various internal departments to ensure consistent service delivery and brand messaging.
Requirements & Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree: Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Communications, Hospitality, or a related field.
  • Experience Required: Proven experience 2+ years in public relations, client relations, or a concierge service environment.
  • Mandarin Speaker: Mandarin Speaker is a must.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build lasting client relationships.
