About This Role:

As an Account Director at MLY Big Trading, you will be responsible for leading client relationships, developing integrated marketing strategies, and overseeing multi-channel marketing campaigns.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead client relationships and develop strategic plans to meet their marketing objectives.
  • Develop and implement integrated marketing strategies that align with client goals and drive measurable results.
  • Oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of multi-channel marketing campaigns, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality outputs.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of campaigns and achieve business objectives.
  • Manage account budgets, forecasts, and profitability while ensuring cost-effective solutions for clients.
  • Identify and develop opportunities for account expansion, upselling services, and acquiring new clients.
  • Track campaign performance, provide data-driven insights, and present findings to clients to optimize future strategies.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends, emerging marketing technologies, and competitor strategies to provide innovative solutions.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in account management, client services, or marketing within an agency setting.
  • 3+ Years of experience as an account director.
  • Strong expertise in integrated marketing strategies, including digital, social, content, experiential, and traditional advertising.
  • Proven leadership experience, managing cross-functional teams and high-value client accounts.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and drive strategic decisions.
  • Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and manage multiple accounts effectively.
  • Proficiency in marketing tools, CRM software, and project management platforms.
