About the Role
Finsmart Solutions Malaysia Sdn Bhd is looking for an experienced Client Relationship Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for serving assigned clients, identifying their needs, and providing services and solutions.

Main Responsibilities:
  • To serve assigned clients by identifying their needs through various communication channels and assist them with account opening, fund deposits, and improving the conversion rate of active accounts.
  • To introduce the company's overseas financial services and products to clients upon their request, including Hong Kong and U.S. stocks, derivatives, and mutual funds.
  • To provide clients with market investment consultations and information services, manage client relationships, and resolve issues related to trading or deposits.
