Job Description:

The Senior Client Manager role at INFLUASIA is a strategic and client-focused position responsible for building, managing, and nurturing relationships with key clients. As the primary point of contact, you will ensure exceptional service delivery, foster client satisfaction, and drive business growth.

This role requires a deep understanding of client business objectives, industry trends, and challenges. You will regularly engage with clients to identify opportunities, address concerns, and ensure high levels of satisfaction.

Responsibilities:
  1. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, serving as their primary point of contact.
  2. Account Strategy Development: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop strategic account plans aligned with client objectives and business goals.
  3. Solution Delivery: Work closely with internal teams to develop and deliver customized solutions that meet client requirements.
  4. Financial Management: Drive revenue growth by identifying opportunities to expand service offerings and increase client spend.
  5. Contract and Agreement Management: Lead contract negotiations, renewals, and amendments in collaboration with legal and finance teams.
  6. Team Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with internal teams to drive client success.
  7. Client Reporting and Analytics: Develop and deliver regular reports to clients, providing insights on performance, project status, and key metrics.
