As a Strategic Recruitment Partner, you will play a key role in driving business growth through effective talent acquisition. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and implementing creative recruitment strategies to meet hiring demands across the business.
  • Partnering with stakeholders to understand their needs and agreeing on the recruitment strategy.
  • Working closely with regional HR teams to assess internal talent, review and assist with future talent moves, participate in brainstorming and strategy sessions, and advise on offers.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 8 years experience in talent acquisition, preferably from in-house talent acquisition, ideally technology-based.
  • Proactive and organised approach, agile in execution with a real sense of urgency.
  • Proven direct sourcing capabilities, demonstrated by the top-quality talent you've hired in your previous roles.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building skills, with experience partnering hiring managers, interview panels, and HR throughout the hiring process.
  • Experience using a variety of interviewing techniques tailored to the level of the role, with confidence to deliver training to managers and/or lead interviews where required.
