About the Role
Nirvana Asia seeks an experienced HR & Admin Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent HR and administrative skills, with a minimum 2 years of experience in general HR.
Responsibilities
- HR Operations and Payroll:
- Manage payroll processing, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Oversee attendance tracking and prepare attendance reports.
- Maintain and update the HR database with accurate employee records.
- Recruitment and Onboarding:
- Coordinate the full recruitment cycle, including job postings, candidate communication, interview scheduling, and prepare job offers.
- Assist in conducting new employee orientations and onboarding processes.
- Training and Development:
- Oversee the entire training process, including needs assessment, planning, and execution.
- Manage HRD Corp related activities, including grant applications, claims, and compliance.
- Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) across the organization.
- Administrative Management:
- Oversee office administration, including management of stationery, office equipment, maintenance, cleaning services, and refreshments.
- Monitor and manage renewals for maintenance contracts (fire extinguishers, pest control, GPS, etc.).
