About the Role

We are seeking an Associate to join our team, focusing on process improvement and training. This role is ideal for those who enjoy analyzing and developing solutions to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement SOPs to standardize business processes.
  • Design and deliver training programs to improve employee skills and knowledge.
  • Conduct gap analyses and identify areas for process improvements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements and cost optimization.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in process management and training.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in any field or equivalent.
  • At least 2 years of experience in a call centre environment or the service sector.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
