We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced individual to fill the role of Food and Beverage Management Leader at our A&W restaurant. As a member of our management team, you will be responsible for leading our restaurant team to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve business objectives.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing leadership and guidance to the restaurant team to ensure delivery of high-quality food and beverage products
  • Developing and implementing effective strategies to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction
  • Managing restaurant operations to ensure efficiency, productivity, and compliance with company standards
  • Maintaining accurate records and reporting on financial performance, including sales, labor costs, and inventory levels
  • Collaborating with other departments to implement marketing and promotional campaigns
  • Identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to enhance customer experience and operational efficiency

Requirements:

  • Degree or Diploma in any discipline
  • At least 3 years experience in F&B management and minimum 2 years as Manager in charge
  • Good technical or SOP knowledge
  • Proven ability to uphold operations and company standards
  • Strong leadership skills with a passion for fostering a positive team environment
  • Proficiency in restaurant operations, including inventory management and cost control
