About the Job
We are seeking a talented Talent Acquisition Partner to join our Asia Pacific team. In this role, you will play a key part in shaping our recruitment strategy, developing innovative sourcing approaches, and driving the end-to-end recruitment process with speed and efficiency. You will work closely with business leaders to ensure a seamless onboarding experience for top talent while enhancing the candidate and hiring manager experience.
Key Responsibilities
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Developing and executing sourcing strategies, leveraging talent insights, employee referrals, and headhunting to build strong candidate pipelines.
- Partnering with hiring managers, HR service hubs, and stakeholders to ensure an inclusive and efficient hiring process.
- Screening, interviewing, and assessing candidates, ensuring high-quality shortlists and effective hiring decisions.
- Negotiating offers and facilitating pre-boarding to support a smooth transition from candidate to employee.
- Maintaining real-time updates in the Applicant Tracking System (PeopleNow) and ensuring compliance with recruitment processes.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate possesses the following skills and qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, business, or related discipline.
- 3-6 years of full life cycle talent acquisition experience preferably within engineering/technical discipline supporting the manufacturing or related industry.
- Significant experience in headhunting, active-sourcing, screening, interviewing, assessing, and evaluating candidates.
- Proficiency in MS Office and any ATS; preferably SuccessFactors.
- Excellent networking and communication skills.
- Adept at facilitating virtual and face-to-face interactions and known for a trustworthy and direct approach.
