Information Management Officer

The Document Controller will play a critical role in establishing and maintaining a structured document control system throughout the project lifecycle. This involves receiving, logging, tracking, and circulating incoming and outgoing project documents.
You will ensure traceability and integrity of documentation by implementing document control procedures aligned with company policies. This includes ensuring documents are timely and accurately named, indexed, and stored for easy retrieval by the team.
Maintaining both electronic and hardcopy filing systems as required is also a key aspect of this role. You will coordinate with project teams, technical teams, management, and contractors for document review and approvals.
- Distribute relevant documents to appropriate teams and stakeholders.
- Maintain all records for audit purposes.
