Job Description:
Sunway Medical Centre is a leading healthcare provider seeking an experienced Appointment Coordinator Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating appointments and providing exceptional customer service to our patients.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate appointments across multiple departments, ensuring seamless communication and efficient service delivery.
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and other channels, assessing their needs and converting them into confirmed appointments.
- Develop and implement effective remarketing strategies to re-engage past customers and promote our services.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to support outreach efforts and enhance brand awareness.
- Monitor the effectiveness of remarketing campaigns and provide insights to optimize engagement strategies.
- Follow up with potential clients after events or inquiries to ensure positive outcomes.
Requirements:
- At least a Bachelor's degree in a related field, preferably in business or customer service management.
- Minimum 1 year of working experience, with fresh graduates also welcome to apply.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Understanding of customer inquiry handling and appointment scheduling practices.
- Basic reporting skills to support business development activities.
