Job Responsibilities:
  1. Daily Tasks:
    - Conduct analysis and provide solutions & advice upon request through Microsoft Teams/Freshdesk/Email from other departments: e.g., Payment, CS, Marketing.
    - Know Your Customer (KYC) verification to ensure user identity is genuine.
    - Tasks include but are not limited to summary report & slide preparation assigned by superior.
  2. Trend Identification:
    - Identify abnormal users based on their profile.
    - Evaluate user behavior by analyzing transactional data.
    - Review eligibility of bonus applicants.
    - Monitor the spike of data and take immediate action for risk control.
Requirements:
  • Candidate must possess at least Higher Secondary/STPM/'A' Level/Pre-U, Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in any field.
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Required Language(s): English and Mandarin (written and spoken).
  • Required Skill(s): Microsoft Office, especially Microsoft Excel, Report writing.
  • Able to work in shifts, irregular hours, and on weekends and public holidays.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and tight time frames.
  • Ability to work in a dynamic environment.
  • Accuracy and strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
