Regional Sales Lead

About the Job:
CleverTap is seeking a Regional Sales Lead to join its regional team. The ideal candidate will have experience in leading sales teams and driving sales growth in designated regions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leading sales teams to meet quarterly sales targets
- Developing and implementing sales strategies to drive sales growth in designated regions
- Building relationships with key stakeholders within customers to understand their needs
- Negotiating agreements with customers to close deals
- Working with partners to scale the business
- Maintaining Salesforce data on a daily basis
Requirements:
- 2-5 years of experience in SaaS sales leadership
- Experience working in a startup environment with a go-getting approach
- Ability to articulate key value propositions to CXOs and decision makers
- Conceptual understanding of APIs, Webhooks, SDKs, Cloud, and SaaS technologies
- Proven experience in leading sales teams and driving sales growth in designated regions
- Knowledge of market research, sales, and negotiating principles
- Proficiency in Malay and English
