Business Administrator

We are looking for a skilled Business Administrator to join our team at Sinar Maju Logistik Sdn Bhd. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and monitoring company payments and expenditures, as well as handling the full set of accounts.
The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of accounting principles and local statutory regulations. You will also possess excellent communication, analytical skills, and attention to detail.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing and monitoring company payments and expenditures;
- Handling the full set of accounts, ensuring accurate financial records and compliance with accounting standards;
- Assisting in preparing budgets, forecasts, and financial projections;
- Scheduling and ensuring timely payments to vendors, coordinating payment plans with management;
- Preparing and maintaining payment vouchers and financial records;
- Collaborating with internal teams and suppliers to resolve invoice discrepancies;
- Supporting process improvement initiatives as directed by management;
- Handling petty cash disbursements and maintaining accurate records;
- Performing monthly intercompany reconciliations;
- Generating daily and monthly financial and management reports;
Requirements include a diploma, degree, or professional qualification in accounting and at least 3 years of relevant working experience. Familiarity with SQL accounting systems is an advantage. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is essential.
This is a mid-senior level position with a full-time employment type and job function in sales and business development.
