**Job Overview**

We are seeking an exceptional Human Resource Executive to join our team at OPUS IT Services.

This role is responsible for the full spectrum of HR functions, including recruitment, employee onboarding, payroll processing, and compliance with Malaysia labour laws.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of HR principles and practices, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently.

About the Role:

  • Responsible for end-to-end recruitment process, from identifying job requirements to new hire onboarding.
  • Monitor and process staff attendance, leave records, and claims according to company policy.
  • Develop and maintain HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with statutory requirements.
  • Process monthly payroll and related reports for submission to relevant government authorities.
  • Liaise with government agencies as needed.
  • Manage foreign knowledge worker permits, tax clearance, and other administrative tasks.
  • Work with HR managers on discipline matters, counselling, show cause, and disciplinary actions.
  • Coordinate staff training and manage HRDF.
  • Perform general office administration duties.
  • Assist with finance-related matters, such as invoices, petty cash, payment, and audit.
  • Contribute to project costing and budget preparation.

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess a diploma or degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent.
  • Required languages: English, Bahasa Malaysia. Proficiency in Mandarin is an added advantage.
  • At least 2 years of working experience in HR is preferred.
  • Highly organized, meticulous, and independent.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish positive working relationships.
  • Well-versed in Malaysia labour law.
