Overview

We are seeking a seasoned sales professional to join our Premier Private Banking team in Malaysia. As a Senior Relationship Development Manager, you will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new high net worth clients with assets under management of RM3 million and above.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospect and identify potential clients through targeted marketing efforts and business development initiatives.
  • Cross-sell the OCBC Premier Private Banking value proposition to target segments.
  • Collaborate with internal business partners to present client value propositions to target audiences.
  • Work closely with assigned Premier Private Banking Centre teams to enhance customer base and meet clients' unique needs.
  • Identify cross-sell opportunities to deepen and increase share of wallet for the bank.
  • Organize acquisition activities to generate new sources of lead generation and new business.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of excellent acquisition sales or business development experience in the high net worth space.
  • Tertiary Education, preferably Bachelor's degree.
  • Strong new relationship building skills and a sharp business development focus.
  • Able to anticipate client requests/needs and resolve queries in a timely manner.
