We are seeking a seasoned professional to join our team as a Student Recruitment Expert. In this role, you will drive sales efforts and build relationships with schools and education providers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Become the primary point of contact for assigned leads and ensure timely follow-up.
  • Conduct research to identify new sources of student recruitment and develop targeted strategies.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate engagement activities and maximize recruitment potential.
  • Provide regular updates on lead status and performance to stakeholders.
  • Contribute to the development of sales reports and analysis to inform future recruitment strategies.
  • Work closely with the Line Manager to prioritize tasks and meet sales targets.

Requirements

  • 3+ years in sales or business development, preferably in education recruitment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Results-driven approach with a focus on meeting sales targets.
  • Experience in event management is an advantage.
