Responsibilities:The ideal candidate will have the following key responsibilities:
- Customer Communication: Briefing customers and agents on products and promotions, resolving complaints in a timely and professional manner.
- Case Management: Handling confirmation to purchase submissions, lot enquiries, reservations and confirmations, transfer and cancellation cases with attention to detail.
- Database Management: Monitoring and updating customer database and zone plan for sold out lots to ensure seamless operations.
- Administrative Tasks: Issuing temporary receipt and official receipt, handing over the daily sales collection to the Site Admin Department, and ensuring all daily sales related documents are properly filed or documented.
- Documentation: Keying in deceased information into SCLC and compiling relevant documents for submission to respective departments.
- Record Keeping: Updating daily burial and urn or pedestal installation records, sold out lots, and customer database for management review and analysis.
- Front Counter Support: Supporting front counter daily routine, including providing feedback on customer inquiries and handling phone calls.
- Interdepartmental Liaison: Liaising with respective sections or departments to settle all problems related to service and operation work.
- Team Collaboration: Collaborating with service team colleagues and related departments to ensure smooth operation during the funeral procession and urn installation rite.
- Ad-hoc Duties: Performing any other duties assigned by the superior/management from time to time.
- Education: At least SPM/Diploma in any field.
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of working experience in Customer Service or Administrative field.
- Language Skills: Proficiency in Mandarin and English; multilingual skills are a strong advantage.
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, ability to work under pressure, and demonstrate discipline, maturity, and a friendly personality.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in computer applications and good interpersonal skills.
