Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Office Administrator to join our team at SupportFinity™. The ideal candidate will possess excellent administrative skills, with a strong background in office administration and HR functions.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Implement overall administrative activities for the office, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.
  2. Facilitate facilities management, including supervising maintenance and alterations, purchasing office supplies and equipment, and performing administrative tasks such as filing and sorting mail.
  3. Arrange and coordinate meetings and events, providing exceptional support to regional teams.
  4. Maintain accurate records and documents, adhering to Document Control Procedures and promoting a safe working environment.
HR Transaction Support
  1. Assist with monthly claims processing and administration of petty cash floats.
  2. Support Oracle Edge implementation, ensuring efficient leave, PMS, welfare, and claims management.
  3. Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and adhere to strict data protection protocols.
Staff Engagement and Development
  1. Participate in company projects and events, fostering a positive work culture and driving staff engagement.
