We are seeking an experienced Corporate Accountant to join our finance team at FOOD EXCELLENCE SPECIALIST SDN BHD. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, preparing financial reports, and ensuring compliance with accounting principles.

Responsibilities
  • Financial Record-Keeping
    • Maintain proper fixed asset registers, capex approval, assets creation and disposal documentation filing.
    • Reconcile fixed asset registers to general ledger.
    • Sight and tag assets.
  • Financial Analysis
    • Capex status reporting and analysis.
    • Supervise the preparation and maintenance of general ledger on monthly basis, including processing accounting journals.
  • Compliance and Governance
    • Supervise monthly follow-up with AR, AP, FA, GL, Treasury, Banking & Petty Cash on their monthly comments from FC & Manager.
    • Supervise foreign currency accounting revaluations.
  • Financial Reporting
    • Ensure accuracy of GL postings & Supervise coordination of monthly balance sheet, lease assets & liabilities reconciliations.
