About the RoleThis position involves managing key accounts, taking orders from clients, and ensuring timely deliveries. The ideal candidate will possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills, be driven, hardworking, and responsible. Proficiency in English, Mandarin, and Bahasa Malaysia is essential for success in this role.
Key Responsibilities- Manage key customer relationships and ensure satisfaction with our services.
- Take orders from clients and coordinate delivery timelines.
- Provide exceptional after-sales service and address any issues that may arise.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales data.
- Proficient in English, Mandarin, and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Possess a positive attitude, being driven, hardworking, responsible, and a problem-solver.
- Possess a vehicle for business use.
The total estimated remuneration for this role is approximately MYR 4,200 per month (MYR 1,500 basic + MYR 700 allowance + commission). The commission can range from MYR 1,000 to MYR 3,000, providing opportunities for additional income based on performance.
