**Skill**: Microsoft Office, Minimal knowledge of accounting software SQL & ARS. (Training will be given during the first week)

**Basic Salary**: RM1,800.00 - RM2,500.00 (Depends on your experiences)

**Benefit**: Bonus / EPF / Socso / EIS

**Working Days**: (Monday - Saturday)

**Working Hours**: 08:30am - 06.00pm (Monday - Friday) 08:30am - 01:30pm (Saturday)

**Language Spoken & Written**: English / Bahasa Malaysia (Optional - Chinese)

**Individual Qualities**: Good communication skills, honest and demonstrate a positive attitude.

- Delivery Order and Sales Invoices Processing in ARS & SQL system
- Able to understand Sales Promotions and Trade Offers Mechanics
- Sales Data Analysis & Reporting Functions
- Able to understand Sales Pricing differential and Price discounts
- Issuance of Credit Notes & Debit Notes
- Liaison with Warehouse & Logistics Department on delivery schedules
- Provide Inventory Availability information & OOS Feedback to Sales team
- Liaison with Sales team on late delivery issues
- SQL and ARS sales invoicing monitoring
