Key Responsibilities

As a Senior Quantity Surveyor at NES Fircroft, you will be responsible for:

  • Carrying Out Remeasurement Quantity Verifications Against IFC Drawings Submitted By Subcontractors.
  • Managing Change Work, Including Miscellaneous Works Such As Reimbursable, Custom Clearance Documents (Chinese/Portuguese, Others) Verifications.
  • Preparing Monthly Cost Forecasts Based On WCR/MTO Versus Contractual Values.
  • Tracking SI / CR Logs And Estimating Related Cost Impacts, Notifying PMT Accordingly.
  • Negotiating With Subcontractors And Assisting Lead QS For Final Account Close-Out.

You Will Also Be Expected To:

  • Reconcile Materials Against Free-Issued Quantities Versus As-Built Quantities.
  • Maintain Project Close-Out Final Documents In J-Drive Or Share Points As Repository Data.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3-5 Years Of Experience In FPSO Shipbuilding, FPSO Repair Works In Onshore/Offshore And Oil & Gas-Related Industries.
  • Fresh Diploma Graduates Or Oil & Gas And Marine-Related Bachelor Of Engineering Degree.
  • Proficient In Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint), Documentum, SharePoint, And AutoCAD.
