  • Pursue new Commercial loan opportunities through proactive marketing efforts.
  • Nurture relationships with existing Commercial clients to identify cross-selling possibilities.
  • Efficiently process and submit deals within specified timeframes to ensure timely turnaround.
  • Collaborate closely with Trade and Treasury teams to encourage facility utilization.

Growth of new and incremental CASA and non-CASA deposits, as well as other ancillary businesses.

  • Solicit Islamic deposits to meet deposit targets.
  • Actively promote Reflex and B@W services to new and existing Commercial customers.
  • Foster banking relationships with Group products such as insurances, merchants, and Business credit cards.

Portfolio management and relationship maintenance.

  • Proactively manage Commercial portfolios, ensuring timely account reviews (zero overdue reviews).
  • Process and attend to all variations/adhoc/other requests from Commercial customers in a timely manner.
  • Maintain account conduct monitoring (including covenants imposed), ensuring fair share of business secured and prompt payment of facilities.
  • Manage EAM and Watch List accounts.
  • Timely submission of reports to Commercial Banking.
  • Cross-selling initiatives.
