Role Overview

This position will work closely with the General Ledger and Intercompany Business Process Leads to ensure smooth operation of the Group's financial processes.

Main Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Managing manual journal vouchers in accordance with established policies and procedures;
  • Verifying compliance with the Group Accounting Finance Manual ('AFM') and Chart of Accounts ('COA');
  • Ensuring accuracy and completeness in manual journals posting and reconciliations;
  • Collaborating with the IT department to resolve Oracle system issues;
  • Documenting and maintaining records compliant with legal and regulatory requirements;
  • Serving as a liaison between departments for financial-related inquiries and analysis;
  • Supporting quarterly and yearly audit reviews and internal audits;
  • Providing input on GL procedures and Oracle Setup for project involvement;
  • Contributing to all GL projects and initiatives.
