About the Team

This team supports customers globally through different channels such as live chat, emails, tickets, social media, and many more. We work closely with all our key stakeholders, such as Marketing, Finance, and Payment Operations, to successfully launch various global products while understanding the associated risks and management strategies for business growth.

About the Opportunity

This Technology and Tools role within our Global Business Service (GBS) organization focuses on technologies development, management, and 3rd party integrations. You will work closely with all levels of stakeholders internally and externally to improve our usage of existing tools in accordance with company goals.

As a Technology and Tools Specialist, you will have strong experience in managing applications, including day-to-day configuration, feature customization/development, reporting, third-party integration, workflow and trigger setup, monitoring, as well as troubleshooting for internal users.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop core CS tools & technologies including Contact Center solutions, quality management solutions, workforce management solutions, and learning management software (LMS).
  • Facilitate communication among stakeholders, including IT/Business Partners, as well as external/internal communities for opportunities and alignment of solution strategy.
  • Analyze business requirements from stakeholders and create system configurations.
  • Prioritize and manage a queue of operational requests against evolving business priorities.
  • Implement system integration, upgrades, change requests, deployment, or production support issues to ensure business continuity.
  • Enhance operational processes by leveraging existing or new tools.
  • Collaborate with operational teams and cross-functional partners to drive efficiency and cross-functional alignment as we build and scale.
  • Consult with vendors for new solution deployment and existing system enhancement or upgrades.
  • Evaluate systems to meet industries standards & methodologies.
  • Deliver technical execution of solutions including requirements gathering, blueprinting, development, and deployment.
