Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute business plans to drive sales growth in key accounts.
  • Monitor sales performance against forecasts and adjust business plans accordingly.
  • Manage expenses and assign quotas and accounts to sales staff.
  • Prepare periodic sales reports for management.

Requirements:

  • Degree qualified with 2+ years of FMCG experience in a similar role.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
