Business Development Officer

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Officer to join our team at TIME's group. As a Business Development Officer, you will play a key role in promoting our proprietary risk management solutions to business users and driving customer acquisition.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Fluency in English, Mandarin, and Bahasa Malaysia is a must, with Mandarin being a preferred language.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute sales strategies to acquire new customers and expand existing relationships
- Provide training and guidance to hone client engagement and selling skills
- Work closely with the sales team to achieve sales targets and goals
- Travel and perform outdoor sales as required
- A highly attractive sales incentive and commissions (potentially over RM10,000 per month)
