Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven individual to lead our sales team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of achieving sales targets and collaborating effectively with colleagues to achieve common goals.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Achieve monthly sales targets and new business objectives;
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to maximize revenue;
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling;
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions;
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute promotional campaigns.
