This is a highly rewarding role that involves providing excellent customer service, administrative support, and credit control services to the sales team at Bangsar Heights Pavilion.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate with sales and marketing teams to ensure seamless execution of sale and purchase agreements.
  • Manage sales documentation, cancellations, and commissions for agents.
  • Liaise with purchasers, solicitors, financiers, and other parties on loan documentation and payment.
  • Provide information on property development to agents and update master control systems.
  • Ensure timely generation of progress billings and collection of payments.

Requirements:
  • Knowledge of Fastkey, Property Development System, and Microsoft Office.
  • Minimum Diploma or Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
  • At least 5 years' experience in credit control and loan matters in property development.
  • Good command of English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin for effective communication.
  • Able to work independently with good interpersonal and communication skills.
