Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Finance Manager to lead our Finance Department and drive process improvements.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Financial Leadership
  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Finance Department and propose process improvements to achieve higher efficiency and reliability of financial information.
Financial Reporting
  • Prepare all statutory reporting and financial statements, budgets, and reports on a timely basis.
Financial Analysis
  • Liaise with operational managers to produce monthly management accounts and provide commentary/analysis to the Management on variances.
Financial Systems
  • Develop, document, implement, and maintain related systems, controls, forecasting reviews, processes, and procedures that meet required standards.
Cash Flow Management
  • Manage cash flow by tracking transactions and regularly reviewing internal reports.
Capital Expenditure
  • Monitor the Company's capital expenditure and return on investment.
Compliance
  • Coordinate, monitor, and ensure full compliance of banks' financing.
Financial Administration
  • Handle audit, treasury, banking, cash flow management, taxation, risk management, and various administration matters.
Financial Control Environment
  • Ensure a strong accounting, operational control environment, and internal controls to safeguard assets, improve operations, and profitability.
Business Planning
  • Lead the development and implementation of a comprehensive annual business plan aligned with the company's and brand's strategic direction.
Financial Decision Making
  • Develop a strong financial control environment and provide meaningful financial information for decision making.

The Successful Applicant

We are looking for a candidate with:

  1. Qualifications
  • At least a Bachelor's Degree in Finance/Accountancy and/or professional qualifications (ACCA/CPA/ICAEW) and preferably a member of MIA.
Experience
  • Minimum 8 years of working experience in a related field (experience in F&B is preferable).
Skills
  • Knowledge of the ERP system will be an added advantage.
  • Strong working knowledge in MS Office - Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Able to work under tight schedules and with flexibility to pursue changes in a dynamic working environment.
