Key Responsibilities:
- Provide first-level support for end-users on software-related issues via multiple channels: Emails, Calls, Chats, Ticketing System.
- Conduct software & hardware installation & training.
- Maintain records of inquiries, complaints, feedback, and resolutions.
- Develop comprehensive documentation for software guidance.
- Ensure timely resolution of issues.
- Collaborate with teammates across regions.
Qualifications:
- Graduate of any ICT discipline.
- Ability to adapt to stressful situations and handle clients professionally via all channels.
- Excellent customer service aptitude. Must be able to support partners and end-users.
- Experienced candidates with good support track records will be considered favourably.
- Proven experience working with SaaS platforms or retail solutions is an added advantage.
- Able to work with minimal supervision.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
