  Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide first-level support for end-users on software-related issues via multiple channels: Emails, Calls, Chats, Ticketing System.
  • Conduct software & hardware installation & training.
  • Maintain records of inquiries, complaints, feedback, and resolutions.
  • Develop comprehensive documentation for software guidance.
  • Ensure timely resolution of issues.
  • Collaborate with teammates across regions.


  Qualifications:
  • Graduate of any ICT discipline.
  • Ability to adapt to stressful situations and handle clients professionally via all channels.
  • Excellent customer service aptitude. Must be able to support partners and end-users.
  • Experienced candidates with good support track records will be considered favourably.
  • Proven experience working with SaaS platforms or retail solutions is an added advantage.
  • Able to work with minimal supervision.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
