Talent Acquisition Manager

The Senior Human Resources Manager is a critical role within our organization, responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies to drive business growth. This role requires a strategic thinker who can analyze complex HR issues, develop innovative solutions, and communicate effectively with various stakeholders. Key Responsibilities:
- Employee Relations: Foster positive employee relations by developing and implementing policies and procedures that promote open communication and collaboration.
- Performance Management: Lead the performance appraisal process, ensuring alignment with business objectives, and provide guidance and training to managers on effective performance management.
- Recruitment & Talent Management: Manage end-to-end recruitment processes to attract and retain top talent, partner with hiring managers to identify staffing needs, and develop talent pipelines to enhance employer branding.
- Training & Development: Identify training needs, work with internal stakeholders to develop and implement training programs, and drive leadership development initiatives to build a strong leadership pipeline within the organization.
- HR Reporting & Analytics: Analyze HR metrics to assess the effectiveness of HR programs and initiatives, prepare reports for senior management on key HR activities and outcomes, and leverage HR data to support decision-making and drive HR strategy.
Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree: A Bachelor Degree in Human Resources, Management, Psychology or any related discipline from a reputable university.
- Experience: Minimum of eight (8) years of experience in Human Resources, with solid experience in talent acquisition, L&D and compensation management.
- Skills: Strong understanding of Malaysian labour laws, employee relations, and HR best practices; strong interpersonal skills to work with all levels, from business leaders to non-executives; high level of confidentiality, professionalism with exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
