About the Opportunity:

We are seeking an experienced Operations Performance Expert to join our Order to Cash team at Johnson Controls, Inc. This role offers a unique opportunity to drive operational performance, maximize cash collections, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Your key responsibilities will include escalating disputes from internal stakeholders and external customers, governing debtor meetings, and collaborating with business units to ensure accurate responses to customer queries.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Escalation Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for all escalations coming from the collection team in India Business Centre.
  • Debtor Dispute Meetings: Govern all debtor dispute meetings with wider business stakeholders, promoting effective communication and conflict resolution.
  • Liaison with Business Units: Liaise with business units to ensure accurate responses to customer queries, maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Query Tracking: Track queries raised, recording due dates and responsible personnel.
  • Process Improvement: Proactively recommend continuous improvements to maximize efficiency and accuracy of existing systems and processes.
  • Payment Scheduling: Assist with reconciling payment schedules from customers, analyzing discrepancies, and communicating findings.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Work closely with internal and external stakeholders, including Region/Branch Managers, Key Accounts, IBC Team, and Clients.

  • Leadership Skills: Demonstrated leadership skills, with experience in managing teams and driving process improvements.
