We are seeking a self-driven and accountable individual to join our Client Services Team as a Customer Advocate. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service experience to customers through effective handling of all enquiries and feedback. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to understand customer requirements, qualify leads, and provide direct product recommendations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide best-in-class service experience to customers through timely and professional communication.
- Understand customer requirements, qualify, and generate leads or provide direct product recommendations.
- Achieve or exceed hard targets and objectives, such as Service Quality Rating.
