Job Responsibilities- Develop and implement comprehensive sales and marketing strategies to achieve sales targets and enhance brand positioning in international markets.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key customers, addressing market activities, sales performance, complaints, new product development, factory visits, payment terms, and collections.
- Identify and recruit new customers or develop new market segments to expand the export sales network.
- Lead the preparation and management of monthly and annual sales forecasts, ensuring targets are met.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in export sales, international business development, or a senior leadership role in a similar industry.
- Strong leadership, strategic planning, and decision-making skills.
- Proven ability to analyze market trends and develop effective sales strategies.
