Business Development Lead

As a Senior Business Development Manager at Genesys Cloud, you will be responsible for guiding, coaching, and developing a team of Business Development Representatives (BDRs) to achieve aggressive quarterly targets and drive revenue growth for our cloud/SaaS environment in the Asia and ANZ markets.
Your key responsibilities will include building a consistent, predictable, and scalable pipeline of sales qualified leads through a blend of inbound and outbound strategies, while fostering close alignment with Sales and Marketing teams.
You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including Marketing and Sales, to ensure alignment and drive revenue growth across all market segments.
