Commercial Sales Strategist

Job Overview
We are seeking a Commercial Sales Strategist to join our team at Shangri-La Kuala Lumpur. In this role, you will be responsible for establishing and executing sales strategies in line with our sales plan. You will also discover and leverage new business opportunities to boost market share, foster and uphold strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders, lead, guide, and mentor the sales team, manage budgeting, forecasting, and sales administration, keep abreast of market trends, and report on staff performance, morale, market conditions, and operational issues.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed targets
- Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities to increase market share
- Maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders
- Lead, guide, and mentor the sales team
- Manage budgeting, forecasting, and sales administration
