Multilingual Support Agent

**Key Responsibilities**
- As a Multilingual Support Agent, you will be handling multiple tasks simultaneously, including chatting with customers, responding to emails, and identifying trends in customer problems.
- The successful candidate will also be responsible for escalating real-time issues to supervisors and writing reports and minutes in Mandarin and/or English.
- Multilingual support is required as the role involves translating Mandarin to English and vice versa.
**Requirements**
- We require our support specialist to work on weekends and public holidays with a fixed schedule.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Mandarin are necessary to liaise with Mandarin-speaking associates.
- Excellent customer service quality is expected using soft skills.
- Able to understand games from a gamer's perspective and provide in-depth gaming and PC/console troubleshooting support.
- Solving and analyzing information accurately with appropriate speed and guidelines is crucial.
- This is a team player position.
- A strong interest in games is preferred but not required.
