About the Position

This is an exciting opportunity for a Business Performance Manager to join our team in Southeast Asia. As a key member of our demand planning function, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining accurate forecasts for our categories.

You will work closely with sales, marketing, and other partners to coordinate, challenge, and influence building blocks. In addition, you will review the disaggregated short-term demand plan, which includes SKU/location mix and weekly pacing.

The ideal candidate will have experience in fast-moving consumer goods or consumer packaged goods environment, preferably in food or other dynamic industries. You should also have experience within IBP/S&OP environment and be able to influence cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities
  • Develop 0-24-month IBP forecast by brand and SKU level
  • Liaise with sales, marketing, and other partners to coordinate building blocks
  • Review disaggregated short-term demand plan
  • Provide finalized detailed demand plan by SKU to supply planners
Requirements
  • Experience in FMCG or CPG environment
  • Experience within IBP/S&OP environment
  • Able to influence cross-functional teams
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and analytical skills
  • Strong communication skills
