Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and goal-driven individual to fill the role of Telemarketer Cum Lead Administration Associate at RiceBowl. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating sales opportunities by reaching out to potential clients, setting appointments for sales representatives, and managing the lead pipeline to ensure consistent follow-up and engagement. This is a remote position, offering the flexibility of working from home.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Telesales:
    • Contact potential clients via phone, email, or other communication platforms to introduce products/services.
    • Present and promote products/services to prospective customers.
    • Build relationships with decision-makers and nurture potential leads to generate sales.
    • Meet or exceed daily/weekly/monthly sales targets.
  • Appointment Setting:
    • Schedule appointments for the sales team with qualified leads.
    • Ensure all appointment details are accurately recorded and shared with the relevant sales representative.
    • Follow up with potential clients to confirm meetings and provide additional information as needed.
  • Lead Management:
    • Manage the lead database by updating contact information, notes, and progress for each lead.
    • Monitor and track the progress of leads through the sales pipeline.
    • Ensure timely follow-ups with leads that have not yet converted into clients.
    • Collaborate with the marketing team to nurture cold leads and move them through the sales funnel.
Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in telesales, cold calling, or a similar customer service role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong ability to persuade and influence potential customers.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and lead management software.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • High-speed internet connection and a quiet, professional home workspace.
Education and Experience:
  • 2+ years experience in an outbound position.
  • Intermediate + computer skills with the ability to problem solve.
  • Excellent telephone sales track record, working within a high sales KPI.
  • Must be fluent in English in both written and speaking.
