Responsibilities
  1. Lead large multi-disciplined construction teams, driving excellence in design, procurement, and construction procedures.
  2. Ensure overall project management requirements are met, including quality, cost, statutory, safety, and environmental issues, as well as project scheduling requirements.
  3. Support the establishment of success criteria for the project, encompassing time, cost, technical, and performance parameters.
  4. Manage design, procurement, and construction procedures with strong knowledge of scheduling (MS project).
  5. Ensure prompt and effective communication between teams and clients.
  6. Promote knowledge sharing and learning from each project, feeding into Turner & Townsend's internal database.
  7. Manage project finances, advising on budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow.
  8. Develop and implement project plans, timelines, and budgets.
  9. Foster strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, providing expert guidance and support.
  10. Identify opportunities to develop new business with existing clients and report to line managers.
  11. Continuously improve project delivery methods, processes, and standards.
Requirements
  • Degree qualifications in construction, project management, or similar fields, preferably with data centers/high-tech semiconductors experience.
  • Minimum 10 years' experience on large international construction projects in Asia.
  • Strong leadership and problem-solving skills, with the ability to motivate and direct large teams.
  • Fluent spoken and written English language skills.
